The investment project for the energy modernisation of “FARAON-DS” Ltd. will be implemented in the company’s own building—an auto service facility in Haskovo. The project combines energy-efficiency measures in the HVAC systems with on-site generation of electricity from a renewable source to cover part of internal consumption: 1. Heat-recovery units for heating/ventilation/cooling (HRV/ERV). The investment ensures a continuous supply of fresh air while recovering heat from the exhaust air, thereby reducing the energy required for heating and cooling and stabilising the microclimate in work areas. The measure improves working conditions, lowers the load and operating costs of the HVAC equipment, and does not change the purpose or capacity of the site. 2. Photovoltaic (PV) self-consumption system, integrated with inverters, protection devices and monitoring. The installation covers part of the workshop’s daytime load, reduces electricity purchases from the grid and exposure to price volatility, and supports predictability of operating costs. The project reduces final energy consumption and grid purchases during peak hours, stabilises current costs and lowers emissions, while improving process reliability and comfort in the auto service facility.
