The project proposal of "SANARA BULFEST 97" EOOD is aimed at increasing the energy efficiency and sustainability of the hotel complex Sveti Georgi Ski & Holiday in the town of Bansko, Razlog municipality. The complex includes a hotel part, a restaurant, a large lobby bar, a SPA center and a fitness center, operating year-round and offering accommodation, meals and recreation. As a result of intensive operation and atmospheric impact, part of the existing PVC joinery is highly depreciated - with compromised glazing units, condensation, blown profiles and damaged insulation, which leads to significant heat losses, uneven temperature, low noise insulation and increased energy costs for heating and cooling. The project envisages the replacement of 84 sq.m. of old joinery (windows and external doors) in the complex, where its condition is the worst, with new energy-efficient joinery, providing better thermal insulation, sound insulation and comfort. Additionally, the project envisages replacing the outdated air conditioning system in the complex with a new, highly efficient direct evaporation heat pump VRV/VRF system and recuperators. It will provide more economical and stable heating and cooling, increasing energy efficiency by between 30% and 40% compared to the current installation. The implementation of the project will lead to a significant reduction in energy losses, optimization of consumption and improvement of thermal and acoustic comfort for guests. Investments in new joinery, air conditioning system and recuperators will increase the efficiency of heating and cooling, reduce costs and ensure a more sustainable and environmentally friendly operation of the complex. The project is fully consistent with the objectives of the procedure and the principle of "no significant harm", contributing to increasing energy efficiency in the building stock, reducing greenhouse gas emissions and sustainable development of the naturist sector and the regional economy.
