Description

The project proposal of "Comfort Klima BG" EOOD (KID-2008: 47.54 - retail trade in household electrical appliances) will be implemented at the address: Kyustendil, 13 Oborishte Street and is aimed at reducing primary energy consumption and electricity costs through own production and highly efficient energy utilization.

The investment includes:
• construction of a photovoltaic power plant (PVPP) with an installed capacity of 50 kW for own consumption (photovoltaic modules, inverter/s, supporting structure, electrical equipment, protective and measuring equipment, connection, legalization and commissioning);
• delivery and installation of recuperative ventilation units for HVAC with a total air flow rate of 4,000 m³/h.

The implementation of the project proposal of "Comfort Klima BG" EOOD will contribute to its own electricity production, covering a significant share of consumption; reduction of electricity purchased from the grid; lower heating/cooling costs thanks to recuperation; improved microclimate for staff and customers; reduced greenhouse gas emissions and higher competitiveness.

The investment will ensure a permanent reduction in energy costs, a high share of self-consumption during peak daytime hours and a significant reduction in heating/cooling consumption with continuous ventilation. The synergy between the PV profile and recuperation stabilizes the margin, reduces peak power and improves the internal microclimate, while reducing greenhouse gas emissions. The results are verifiable and sustainable over time, which allows for data-based management and subsequent optimization.
The project is fully compliant with the horizontal principles and directly contributes to the objectives of the RSO2.1 procedure – increasing energy efficiency and the share of RES – while simultaneously increasing the competitiveness of the company through lower cost, higher quality of service and better market differentiation.
