The project proposal aims to build a photovoltaic power plant (PVPP) with an installed capacity of 40 kW AC / 48.4 kWp DC, mounted on the roof of a building owned by "KMH - AUTO" EOOD. The installation includes 88 pcs. panels of 550 Wp each and 2 pcs. hybrid inverter 20 kW and an energy storage system 90 kWh. The system will be built on an existing roof structure with an aluminum supporting system and full grounding, in accordance with safety and efficiency requirements. The company "KMH - AUTO" EOOD operates in the field of car service services. The main technological processes are carried out with electrical machines and equipment (paint firing chamber 20 kW, hoists and other equipment.), whose total instantaneous power reaches over 30 kW. The activity determines an average high daily consumption of electricity. By building its own solar power plant, the company will be able to provide over 70% of its own annual consumption from renewable sources, thereby reducing energy costs, CO₂ emissions and dependence on external suppliers. The project includes delivery, installation, commissioning and warranty service for a period of 5 years for construction and installation works and 10 years for the main components. 2 pcs. 16 kW air-to-air heat pumps will also be purchased to ensure an optimal microclimate and working environment.
