The current project proposal aims to improve energy efficiency at Ilvesk Ltd., Varna by introducing modern climate control solutions for the company's owned and operated club, The Brick. The venue provides a stage for the best Bulgarian and international artists, as well as young talents visiting the city of Varna. The main problem with the facility is its outdated and inefficient climate control system, which does not allow for maximum utilization of the club's capacity or ensure visitor comfort. This leads to several limitations such as maintaining a small number of visitors despite high interest in the venue (for safety reasons and ensuring comfort), extremely high energy costs with low facility efficiency. The project proposal includes purchasing and implementing three heat pump systems of the "VRV direct evaporation type," each located on different levels of the venue. This will provide the necessary power for climate control in various zones within the club, allowing individual systems to be adjusted according to demand. During peak hours (with heat generated from people, LED lighting, and audio equipment), the VRV systems are expected to provide precise cooling without unnecessary on/off cycles. The systems integrate CO2 and humidity sensors that automatically regulate ventilation, reducing the risk of overheating or condensation during peak events. It is anticipated that energy costs (for heating and cooling) at the facility will decrease by at least 25-30%, directly impacting the economic efficiency of the company's operations and enabling investment in new energy-efficient systems for their activities.
