This project proposal is related to the implementation of an investment that will contribute to achieving the overall goal of improving energy efficiency and promoting the use of renewable energy sources, accelerating the transition of the private sector towards climate neutrality by reducing the carbon footprint, optimizing energy consumption, and increasing the share of renewable energy in the company's energy mix. The main objective is to construct a photovoltaic power plant for self-consumption with a capacity of 25 kW, including solar panels, inverters, batteries, and other components necessary for the operation of the plant. Upon completion of the project, the need for energy consumption optimization will be met, providing a long-term solution for reducing energy costs through the use of renewable energy sources. Additionally, the project will support the company "DB STROY" LTD in maintaining its competitiveness and continuing its investment plans. The budget of the project is 68,179.25 BGN. The planned activities include the execution of an investment to build a 25 kW photovoltaic power plant, involving the installation of solar panels, inverters, batteries, and related components, in accordance with the list of eligible assets. The project will achieve the following results: – Improvement of the company's energy efficiency through the use of renewable energy for its own needs; – Accelerating the transition of the private sector towards climate neutrality by reducing the carbon footprint; – Creating conditions for business development and increased competitiveness; – Optimization of energy consumption and increase of the share of renewable energy in "DB STROY" LTD's energy mix; – Generation of clean energy without harmful emissions.
