The project aims at the development of a product innovation - a business management system of the company "Korekt-Premestvane" OOD with the aim of improving the operational processes and the efficiency of the management of the offered services for professional relocation of the home and office, transportation, storage and others.
By developing a specialized business management software system in the company, a complete integration of the key functionalities and processes that are currently performed through the current system, various unrelated Excel spreadsheets and manual procedures will take place.
This will allow the company to work more efficiently and provide better service to its customers. The integration of the key functionalities and processes in one system will lead to the improvement of the operational processes and the efficiency of the management of the provided services.
