Description

The project proposal aims to implement energy efficiency measures at the production site of the company ET "Kapriz - Valentina Petrova". The company specializes in the production of clothing and has its own base on the territory of the city of Dobrich. The existing building stock is an outdated structure /built in the early 1960s/, without effective thermal insulation, with depreciated windows and doors, which leads to significant energy losses, high heating costs and inconvenience for staff and visitors during the winter and summer months. The proposed activities include the installation of external thermal insulation on the facade, as well as the replacement of existing windows and external doors with new, energy-efficient solutions. The implementation of these measures aims to significantly reduce energy losses, improve the microclimate in the building and extend its service life.

The implementation of the project will have a positive effect on the local economy by achieving better working conditions and saving heating and cooling costs, which gives the candidate company a market advantage, as well as establishing it as a model for energy-efficient infrastructure. Improved energy efficiency is expected to lead to a reduction in carbon emissions and more sustainable resource management.
The total budget of the project proposal amounts to 153,021.84 leva. The activities included in it will be implemented within twelve months.
