With the delivery of the new machines, the consumption of electricity will further increase. To improve energy efficiency, the project proposal includes the implementation of the following activity: Activity: "Improving energy efficiency and use of energy from renewable sources in "KOATTECH" Ltd., through investment in a 50 kW Photovoltaic Power Plant" The activity is related to the delivery, installation and commissioning of a 50 kW Photovoltaic Power Plant in order to improve the energy efficiency of "KOATTECH" Ltd., by increasing the use of energy from renewable sources for its own needs. The planned delivery, installation and commissioning of the PPP includes solar panels, inverters, batteries and other components necessary for its operation. The delivery and commissioning of the PPP will contribute both to increasing competitiveness and to reducing the energy intensity of "KOATTECH" Ltd. The company's market presence will increase, since the reduction in energy intensity will also affect the formation of prices for the products offered by the company. The energy produced will be used to power production equipment, lighting and heating. The investment complies with the requirements of the principle of "no significant harm" to the environment and the achievement of climate sustainability, contributing to the ecological transition in the company's operations.
