This project proposal is aimed at improving energy efficiency and optimizing energy consumption of DI Logic OOD, respectively maintaining its competitiveness, as well as continuing its investment intentions. To achieve the set goals and results, an activity is planned to build a multi-component thermal insulation system for a roof with mineral wool slabs. To achieve the best possible results, the identified needs and requirements of DI Logic OOD, as well as the objectives of this procedure, were the guiding factors in selecting the activity. The activity has been selected so as to ensure the achievement of the goals, results and indicators set in the project, respectively to contribute to achieving the objectives of the procedure: BG16RFPR001-2.004 "Energy efficiency and use of energy from renewable sources in enterprises" under the Program "Competitiveness and Innovation in Enterprises" 2021-2027. Currently, the building, which is owned by the company and was built and put into operation in the 1980s, does not have thermal insulation installed on the roof. The existing concrete flat roof is in a compromised condition, which creates prerequisites for moisture penetration and leaks, leading to dampness of the premises and accelerated destruction of the structural elements due to corrosion. The lack of effective thermal insulation contributes to significant heat loss during the winter period and overheating during the summer months, which has an adverse effect on the energy efficiency of the building, respectively the enterprise, which in turn leads to an increase in operating costs. As a result of the implementation of the project, we will achieve the following results: - improving the energy efficiency of the enterprise; - decrease the total energy consumption and energy costs; - improve the long-term sustainability and competitiveness of the enterprise.
