"Ravik" Ltd is a well-established Bulgarian company with a long tradition in the production of bread and confectionery. The company operates in a sector characterized by high energy intensity. In the modern market and energy environment, marked by significant fluctuations in electricity and fuel prices, increasing energy efficiency is a strategic priority for the sustainable development of the company. In this regard, "Ravik" Ltd plans to invest in 4 high-efficiency heat pump systems of 16 kW each and solar systems, which will provide water heating and additional heat energy for production and auxiliary processes. The use of energy from solar collectors will replace part of the heat energy generated so far through electric boilers and conventional systems. It is expected that solar collectors will provide a significant part of the required hot water for most of the year, which will lead to a reduction in electricity and gas costs, as well as a significant reduction in CO₂ emissions. The system will be integrated with heat pumps and with the central management of energy flows, which will allow for intelligent combined use of renewable and recycled energy sources, depending on the current load and climatic conditions. Last but not least, an energy-efficient inverter compressor will be purchased within the framework of the project, which will ensure the production of compressed air for the operation of the machines in the workshop. The implementation of the project provides for an investment of 106,277.52 BGN for a period of 12 months, and is fully in line with the principles of sustainable development and corporate responsibility and contributes to: - achieving cleaner and resource-efficient production; - creating a positive environmental effect by reducing carbon emissions; - enhancing the company's image as a responsible and environmentally friendly manufacturer.
