The scope of activity of "ARTEL-22" Ltd. includes transport services for the transportation of goods of various kinds, carried out with equipped trucks, predominantly for goods in small series and volumes, to destinations in the country and abroad. The company strives to optimize the use of energy in order to reduce harmful emissions released into the atmosphere. The current project is in implementation of the objectives of the procedure "Energy efficiency and use of energy from renewable sources in enterprises" - to provide focused support to Bulgarian enterprises to improve their energy efficiency and promote the use of energy from renewable sources (RE), thereby accelerating the transition to climate neutrality. In order to achieve greater energy independence and transition to environmentally friendly activities, after conducting procedures for selecting a contractor, a photovoltaic power plant for the production of electricity with an inverter power of 10 kW will be built, including solar panels, inverters, batteries, structure and other necessary components. To overcome the company's development constraints, solar panels and energy storage facilities will be installed, which will allow the company to use environmentally friendly energy for its own needs and store the excess energy produced by the FPP and use it during power outages and as a supplementary energy source. This will increase the efficiency of the overall energy production and storage system. The investment in energy efficiency will also include the supply and installation of 2 air-to-water heat pumps, which will provide highly efficient heating and cooling, reducing dependence on fossil fuels and conventional power sources, which will contribute to the overall increase in the company's energy efficiency. The investments under the procedure are in line with the requirements of the principle of "no significant harm" to the environment and will contribute to the country's ecological transition.
