The project envisages the construction of a comprehensive high-efficiency energy infrastructure in two retail outlets of ET Bibi - Milen Marinov, located at neighboring addresses in the city of Varna - 38 General Kolev St. and 38A General Kolev St., floor 1. The investment includes the installation of high-efficiency heat pumps to provide heating and cooling, as well as the construction of a photovoltaic power plant with battery storage for the production of clean energy from a renewable source. Object 1: The premises with a total area of 229.39 sq.m (133.74 sq.m above ground floor and 95.65 sq.m underground floor) are newly rented and do not have any heating or cooling system. The project envisages the construction of a completely new air-conditioning infrastructure by installing high-efficiency air-to-air heat pumps with a total heating capacity of 44 kW. One column heat pump with a capacity of 17 kW is planned for the lower floor, and two column heat pumps with 13.5 kW each for the upper floor. A photovoltaic power plant will be built on the roof of the site, including photovoltaic panels with an installed capacity of 16.38 kW, inverters with a capacity of 20 kW and an energy storage system (batteries) with a capacity of 45 kW. The plant will produce electricity entirely for the sites' own consumption, as the battery system will ensure storage and optimal utilization of the produced energy. Site 2: At this address, with an area of 67 sq.m, a multi-split air conditioning system with an outdoor unit with a heat output of 13 kW and three indoor units will be installed. The new system will replace outdated and energy-inefficient equipment. The photovoltaic plant is designed to cover a significant portion of the electrical needs of the sites, with battery storage ensuring the use of the produced energy during periods of increased consumption or in the absence of sunlight.
