Description

The project proposal of “Fenix LV” Ltd. is aimed at . It foresees the construction of a 30 kW photovoltaic system for self-consumption, combined with an energy storage system, as well as the installation of a 16 kW air-to-air heat pump to provide cost-effective heating and cooling. Additionally, the project includes the replacement of 32 sq.m. of metal windows with single glazing with energy-efficient joinery, the installation of roof insulation with sandwich panels covering an area of 171 sq.m., and the replacement of two industrial sectional doors with a total area of 36 sq.m.

The project is in line with national and European goals for energy transition and climate neutrality, and it will ensure higher resilience of the company to fluctuations in energy markets while creating a stable foundation for long-term development. As a result of its implementation, “Fenix LV” Ltd. will improve its energy efficiency, reduce operational costs, and strengthen its competitive positions both in the national and the European market.

The investment complies with the “do no significant harm” principle to the environment and supports the achievement of national energy efficiency objectives. The project proposal is also in line with the principles of equality and equal opportunities for all. As a result of the project’s implementation, “Fenix LV” Ltd. will establish the conditions for long-term sustainable growth.
