The company ROSI NIK EOOD has existed since 2008, with the main subject of activity: production of socks and tights. The main products produced by ROSI NIK EOOD are men's socks, women's, children's and baby socks and tights. ROSI NIK EOOD carries out production activities in its own production building. It is located in the city of Sliven and is spread over an area of 600 sq.m. The main objective of the project is to improve the energy efficiency of ROSI NIK EOOD through investments in renewable sources (Photothermal Power Plant) to accelerate the company's transition to climate neutrality, reduce the carbon footprint and optimize energy consumption. Specific objectives: to increase the use of renewable energy in the company's energy mix; to reduce electricity costs; to achieve a lower cost of manufactured products; to increase the competitiveness of the company; to create prerequisites for the implementation of new investment intentions. The investment that the company will implement is in line with the requirements of the principle of "do no significant harm" to the environment and the achievement of climate sustainability, contributing to the ecological transition in the company's activities. The project is fully consistent with the main objective of the project selection procedure BG16RFPR001-2.004 and will contribute to achieving specific object: RSO2.1. Promoting energy efficiency and reducing greenhouse gas emissions (ERDF) of Priority: 2. Circular economy of the Competitiveness and Innovation in Enterprises Program me 2021-2027, as well as to achieving specific object (i) promoting energy efficiency and reducing greenhouse gas emissions, which is one of the Policy Objectives set at the European level.
