Description

The project of “BETTERHALF 1968” Ltd. aims to improve the energy efficiency and sustainability of part of the company’s operations, namely the management of a guest house located in the village of Zmeyovo, Stara Zagora region. This activity falls under sector I55 – Hotels and similar accommodation and represents an additional economic activity of the enterprise. The project foresees the installation of a photovoltaic power plant with a total capacity of 50 kW for self-consumption, combined with local energy storage facilities (batteries) and a 39 kW water-to-air heat pump. These investments will lead to reduced energy costs, increased share of renewable energy use, and lower greenhouse gas emissions. The project is fully aligned with the objectives of procedure BG16RFPR001-2.004 “Energy Efficiency and Use of Energy from Renewable Sources in Enterprises,” contributing to sustainable growth and enhanced competitiveness of the company.
