In order to improve its energy efficiency, the applicant will acquire air-to-air heat pumps, recuperative ventilation units, energy-efficient windows with aluminum frames with a thermal break, energy-efficient doors (four sectional and one external), floors above unheated space with an area of 65 sq.m, ten energy-saving linear light fixtures, six energy-saving bell-type lights and projectors, as well as batteries with inverters of 65 kW to ensure energy independence.
