Krasi-MS EOOD is a company in the garment industry, which has been producing outerwear for more than a decade and successfully competes on the Bulgarian and international markets. The company's main production base is located in the city of Dobrich, where machines and equipment requiring significant amounts of electricity operate daily. The high energy intensity of the activity, combined with the frequent power outages in the region, leads to serious difficulties in the production process, increases costs and creates risks for the fulfillment of customer orders. With this project proposal, the company plans to build a photovoltaic power plant with a capacity of 30 kWp and an energy storage system using batteries with a capacity of 30 kWh. The investment will allow a significant part of the electricity consumption to be covered with self-generated energy from a renewable source, and the batteries will provide backup power in case of accidents or planned outages. The project will enable Krasi-MS EOOD to reduce its production costs and lower the cost of finished products, which will strengthen the company's position in the market. At the same time, greater sustainability and energy independence will be achieved, the carbon footprint of production will be reduced and the green image of the company will be established. Through the support under the procedure, the company will achieve not only economic efficiency, but also contribute to the implementation of national and European goals in the field of energy and climate. Ultimately, the investment will provide a solid foundation for long-term development, competitiveness and a sustainable future for Krasi-MS EOOD.
