2017 LTD is a young company, whose main activity is under economic code: I56.10 Restaurant and mobile food service activities, but has already been operating successfully on the Bulgarian market for 6 years as a fast-food restaurant in Pernik, offering short-order meals, pizzas, salads, sandwiches, and fresh pastries, prepared instantly with fresh ingredients, entirely according to the customer's choice in various options and combinations. In order to expand its market position, following innovative trends in the restaurant sector, striving to meet dynamic customer needs, focusing on the quality of the offered products and services, and optimizing production processes with a transition towards a circular economy with a sustainable and long-term focus on environmental protection, the management of 2017 LTD is creating a long-term development strategy. To implement it, the company is applying for support with the current project proposal for the introduction of innovative technologies–energy-efficient systems and equipment to optimize electricity costs, reduce harmful emissions, and create a favorable indoor microclimate for customers and better working environment for the staff, including: - Replacement of an old, inefficient heat pump with a more modern and energy-efficient VRV/VRF system for direct expansion up to 40 kW - Construction of a highly efficient system – an air conditioning unit for a volume of 1000 m3/h of fresh air processing up to 100%, with all air treatment processes – filtration, recuperation, regeneration, heating, cooling + dehumidification, and process ventilation. The project implementation will achieve energy savings, create a more sustainable working environment, reduce the carbon footprint, and strengthen the company's competitive position and economic potential, demonstrating a scalable, secure, and environmentally responsible energy transformation in an urban industrial environment, which fully meets the objectives of the procedure.
