The project proposal aims to improve the energy efficiency of “Klasik” Ltd. through the use of energy from renewable sources. Electricity is one of the company’s major expenses, and its cost has been continuously increasing in recent years. The management has therefore taken steps to identify long-term solutions for reducing this expense. The project foresees the construction of a 30 kW photovoltaic (PV) power plant and the installation of additional batteries combined with a 90 kW inverter, which will be connected to the newly built PV system under the project. The electricity generated will be used entirely to cover the company’s own consumption needs. As a result, the project will lead to a reduction in electricity costs, an increase in the enterprise’s energy independence, and a significant decrease in the carbon footprint of its operations.
