“Dental Studio – Dr. Viktoria Aleksieva – Individual Practice for Primary Outpatient Dental Care” plans to implement an investment project aimed at improving energy efficiency and increasing the use of renewable energy sources in its operations. The project will be carried out at two sites where the dental practice is located, with the planned assets included in the list of eligible technologies under procedure BG16RFPR001-2.004. The main objective of the project is to reduce current energy costs, optimize consumption, and ensure more sustainable and environmentally friendly operations of the enterprise. To achieve these goals, the following main activities are envisaged, divided into two groups: 1) Energy efficiency measures: - Installation of energy-saving lighting (LED downlights) to reduce electricity consumption for lighting; - Installation of recuperators ensuring efficient recovery of thermal energy; - Improvement of the building envelope through energy-efficient insulation systems (windows and doors with thermal break); - Installation of high energy-efficient air compressors. 2) Renewable energy measures: - Implementation of an air-to-air heat pump that uses ambient air as a renewable energy source for heating and cooling the premises. The expected results include: - significant reduction in energy costs; - contribution to the environmental and climate objectives of the EU and Bulgaria; - enhanced competitiveness and sustainability of the dental studio. Through the implementation of this project, “Dental Studio – Dr. Viktoria Aleksieva” will strengthen its market position and ensure the provision of high-quality and affordable dental care, fully aligned with the high standards for energy efficiency and sustainable development.
