Description

BUL ROS GROUP Ltd. carries out activities related to the collection, transportation, treatment, and recovery of waste cooking oils and fats generated by restaurants, hotels, and other food service establishments. The company holds all necessary permits for waste treatment, including mechanical filtration of oils and fats, as well as for the temporary storage of waste prior to its recovery. The company complies with all requirements of the Waste Management Act. After processing (mechanical filtration), the waste oils are transported abroad for recovery.
The project activities are aimed at improving energy efficiency and the use of energy from renewable sources in enterprises. The activities will be implemented by purchasing one or more of the assets/equipment/facilities, according to the “List of eligible asset categories in the field of energy efficiency and the use of energy from renewable sources” (Annex 4.1 to the Application Conditions).
Through the implementation of the project and the envisaged activities, the needs of the enterprise will be met as a representative of the eligible target groups under the procedure, which is aimed at micro, small and medium-sized enterprises that want to improve their energy efficiency and increase the use of energy from renewable sources for their own needs in their activities, thereby accelerating their transition to climate neutrality by reducing their carbon footprint, optimizing energy consumption and increasing renewables in their energy mix.
The expected results of the support under the procedure are expressed in improving energy efficiency and increasing the use of energy from renewable sources for their own needs by the business. This will contribute both to increasing competitiveness and reducing energy intensity at the level of individual manufacturing enterprises, as well as to the economy as a whole.
