The project of "TERA INVESTMENT" Ltd. envisages the implementation of measures to increase energy efficiency within the company. The company develops its main activity under 55.10 - "Hotels and similar accommodation facilities", where the investment is directed to the hotel managed by the company: "Belchin Garden" in the village of Belchin, Samokov municipality. The company needs and plans to purchase and put into operation 2 chillers. The chiller is the "backbone" of the central cooling systems - effective, environmentally friendly and convenient for large facilities. The benefits of implementing the project in the long term mean better optimization of costs, as well as improving the corporate image of the applicant. The applicant declares support for its main economic activity code according to the EAC-2008 of the National Statistical Institute. The project will be implemented in a facility owned by the company. The expected effect is to accelerate the transition to climate neutrality by improving the energy efficiency and independence of the applicant. The investment is in full compliance with the principle of "no significant harm" (DNSH) on the environment, meets all applicable environmental standards and contributes to achieving the goals of energy efficiency and sustainable growth at the national and European level. The implementation of high energy efficiency chillers will ensure not only a reduction in current energy costs, but also a higher quality of the offered tourist service by maintaining an optimal microclimate for the hotel guests. This will lead to greater competitiveness of the enterprise in the hospitality sector and will create prerequisites for sustainable development in accordance with European policies for green transformation. By implementing this project, "TERA INVESTMENT" Ltd. will increase its resource efficiency, improve the sustainability of its production and adapt to modern requirements for a low-carbon and energy-efficient economy.
