The project proposal of NEXT LEVEL ENGINEERING Ltd. is aimed at improving the energy efficiency of the enterprise, which operates under NACE code 42.22 – Construction of utility projects for electricity and telecommunications. The investment represents a strategic step toward reducing energy intensity and achieving a more sustainable and low-carbon business model. The company’s core activity is high-technology and energy-dependent, which necessitates a constant and efficient energy supply, as well as maintaining an optimal indoor microclimate in the administrative and technical base where the organization and coordination of construction processes take place. The project envisages a set of energy-saving measures, including: - Thermal insulation system made of sandwich roof panels covering 170 sq.m.; - Thermal insulation system with EPS wall panels covering 155 sq.m.; - Installation of external PVC windows (15.5 sq.m.) and an external door with a thermal break (1.8 sq.m.); - Construction of a photovoltaic power plant (PVPP) with a capacity of 9.7 kW for self-consumption; - Installation of 32 energy-efficient LED lighting panels (18 W each). The implementation of these measures will result in a comprehensive improvement of the building’s thermal performance, optimization of electricity consumption, reduction of heating, cooling, and lighting costs, and enhancement of the company’s energy independence through self-produced green energy. The realization of the project will increase the competitiveness and sustainability of NEXT LEVEL ENGINEERING Ltd. by reducing its carbon footprint, optimizing energy processes, and improving the working environment. The investment will have a long-term positive impact, ensuring efficient, environmentally friendly, and energy-sustainable operation of the enterprise in line with the European objectives for green transition and climate neutrality.
