Description

AGLEA Ltd. operates under NACE Code 55.10 – Hotels and similar accommodation. This code represents an additional activity of the company, which forms the basis of the present project proposal aimed at improving the energy efficiency and sustainability of the tourist infrastructure used in the course of this activity.
The project provides for the construction of a photovoltaic power plant (PVPP) with an installed capacity of 15 kW, intended entirely for self-consumption, as well as the implementation of energy-efficient lighting systems – linear fixtures, panel/downlight types, and high-bay/projector-type luminaires.
All activities will be carried out in full compliance with the applicable technical standards and regulatory requirements, fully meeting the minimum technical parameters set out under the current procedure.

The planned investment will lead to a tangible reduction in energy consumption from conventional sources, a decrease in greenhouse gas emissions, and an increase in the company’s competitiveness through more efficient use of resources. The project will generate positive environmental, economic, and social impacts.
The project activities are fully consistent with the horizontal principles defined in Article 9 of Regulation (EU) No 2021/1060 – promoting gender equality, equal opportunities, non-discrimination, and sustainable development. Furthermore, the proposal fully complies with the “Do No Significant Harm” principle, as it does not include any activities that could have adverse effects on the environment, climate, biodiversity, or human health.
