ERP Bulgaria Ltd. is among the first Bulgarian developers of business management systems and the processes taking place in it. With over 25 years of experience, the company continues to pursue its main goal, which was set at the very beginning - to increase the competitiveness of its customers through the most modern capabilities of software technologies intended for business.
As a continuation of our mission within this project, we will develop a Universal System for Customizing Company AI Models Virtual Assistant. The project falls within the priority thematic area of Informatics and ICT - Artificial Intelligence and increasing industrial and technological capacity in the assimilation of artificial intelligence.
The system's algorithms will include previously unused models for such a system, making the innovation radical and world-class, significantly outperforming existing alternative solutions.
The system will allow organizations to create, customize and tailor one or more AI models according to their specific needs and goals. It will be done easily, quickly, including by people without special training or qualification for working with AI models. This system provides tools and features that allow users to modify, train and optimize models for their ERP. A virtual assistant is a software programming tool that uses AI to provide assistance, answer questions, perform tasks, and provide information to the user. It will help in performing various tasks by pulling information from company database in ERP. Models will perform various functions, such as reminding of events, sending text messages, searching the Internet for information, summarizing data, providing samples of the most important information, automatically generating and populating data, verifying data, performing tasks , related to the user's work or personal life.

Идентифициране на нуждите и целите, избор на технологии, разработване на моделите обединени във Виртуален асистент, обучение на моделите, тестове в реална обстановка.
Дейността ще бъде изпълнена чрез наемане на квалифициран персонал и собствено оборудване ДМА, необходими за разработване на иновацията: за изпълнение на проектните дейности по разработване на иновацията, ще бъде нает квалифициран персонал. В рамките на изпълнението ще бъде използвано собствено оборудване ДМА и НДА, необходими за разработване на иновацията. Ще бъдат дефинирани целите и обхвата на проекта, изследване на потребителските нужди, проектиране на архитектурата на системата, разработване на компонентите на Виртуалния асистент, интеграция с други системи и бази данни, тестване за коректност и ефективност, и пускане на системата в експлоатация в реална среда с последваща оценка и оптимизация.
