This project proposal is aimed at increasing the competitiveness of the company "CONVENTA 7" EOOD through support for the implementation of energy-efficient equipment and the use of energy from renewable sources. The company "CONVENTA 7" EOOD manages its own family three-star hotel and restaurant "Bohema", located in the village of Ognyanovo, Garmen municipality, Blagoevgrad region. The company has a long history, accumulated experience and traditions in providing hotel and restaurant services. Hotel "Bohema SPA" has 20 rooms, of which 8 standard doubles, 9 comfortable doubles, 1 triple and 2 apartments. Hotel "Bohema SPA" has a modern SPA center, equipped with a range of modern facilities. A distinctive feature of the operation of the family hotel and restaurant "Bohema" of "CONVENTA 7" EOOD is the high energy intensity of the provided hotel and restaurant services, associated with the need for a significant amount of energy for heating the premises and swimming pools, for thermal and refrigeration processing of food and for additional activities of the complex. At the moment, "CONVENTA 7" EOOD cannot respond independently to these trends in increasing energy consumption. This determines the company's needs for the purchase and commissioning of both innovative energy-efficient equipment and the construction of a photovoltaic system for its own needs and facilities for storing electrical energy (batteries). On this basis, it is expected to increase the productivity and efficiency of the family company "CONVENTA 7" EOOD, reduce production costs, increase competitiveness and reduce the energy intensity of the enterprise.
