The company "Tilkom OOD" proposes the implementation of a project under the procedure "Energy Efficiency and Energy from Renewable Sources" for a site intended for the expansion of the company's business activities. The aim of the project is to reduce heat losses and energy consumption of an old production building structure by replacing the old joinery with a new, more energy-efficient one. The object of intervention is planned to be an old building owned by the company with extremely low energy efficiency in joinery and other elements. The project envisages an investment in replacing joinery with an area of approximately 240m². This includes windows, doors or other openings where the current joinery is ineffective (poor sealing, single glass, wooden frames, etc.). The expected effects of the project implementation are as follows: -reduction of heat losses through window openings; -better microclimate in the building (more stable temperature, less draft, better sealing); -lower heating and/or cooling costs, depending on the use of the building; -improvement of the energy class of the building, if the project is assessed according to such standards. Expected results and significance of the project proposal: Improvement of the energy efficiency of the building, which reduces operating costs and carbon emissions. Increased comfort for staff/users of the building. Possible achievement of energy class requirements set by the procedure, which can improve the assessment of the project. Long-term investment: the new window frame will provide better sustainability and low maintenance in the future.
