The project of “Decor Bulgaria” Ltd. aims to build a 150 kW photovoltaic power plant (PV system) to supply clean electricity for the company’s own consumption at its production facility in Plovdiv, Bulgaria. The investment seeks to reduce energy costs, improve energy efficiency, and minimize the company’s carbon footprint. The system will operate without batteries, as the production process takes place mainly during daylight hours, allowing direct use of the generated solar power. The project will contribute to enhancing the company’s competitiveness, ensuring energy independence, and supporting Bulgaria’s transition to a low-carbon economy, in line with the objectives of the Competitiveness and Innovation in Enterprises Programme 2021–2027.
