The project proposal aims to implement an integrated system for the generation, storage, and efficient use of electricity through a combination of a photovoltaic installation, battery storage, and energy efficiency measures for the building stock. The main objective is to reduce electricity costs, increase the share of self-produced clean energy, and improve the building’s thermal efficiency. The project envisages the construction of a photovoltaic installation with a capacity of 50 kWp, ensuring sustainable electricity generation from renewable sources. The generated energy will be stored in a battery system with a capacity of 100 kWh, enabling optimized internal consumption and enhanced supply security. The batteries will provide flexible energy management, allowing the use of generated electricity during peak hours and reducing dependence on the power grid. To improve the building’s energy efficiency, thermal panels will be installed to reduce heat losses and increase comfort and operational performance. By combining renewable energy technologies and insulation measures, the project promotes the reduction of greenhouse gas emissions and supports the achievement of national and European climate neutrality goals. The investment will be implemented in the village of Branipole, Rodopi Municipality, in the “Chiirite” area (property identifier MR 06077.20.1017). The building in which the integrated energy system will be installed is in the initial stage of construction, with all necessary investment projects prepared and approved, as well as a building permit and related authorizations issued. This integrated strategy will ensure sustainable energy management, reduce operational costs, and position the enterprise as an innovative and environmentally oriented organization, ready to meet the challenges of the energy transition and contribute to the sustainable development of the region.
