Planning region: All

Description

The project proposal envisages the complete replacement of the old roof of the production factory of ERS Textile in the village of Boyno with a new, modern thermal insulation system - sandwich panels. The general objective is to increase the energy efficiency, reduce current heating and cooling costs, prevent moisture, leaks and structural damage, as well as improve working conditions for employees. The project will also contribute to extending the life of the building and reducing carbon emissions through optimized energy consumption.
The scope of the project covers all stages - dismantling of the old roof, delivery and installation of insulating sandwich panels and accompanying activities for securing, introducing and controlling the new system. The project guarantees an effective solution to the current problems in the enterprise, compliance with modern environmental and energy standards, as well as real traceable results in the first years after implementation.
The expected results are: improved energy efficiency; reduced electricity costs; reduction of CO₂ emissions compared to baseline indicators; improved indoor climate and eliminated problems with leaks and moisture; a higher level of safety and comfort for the workers in the factory and a long-term and sustainable operational effect for the enterprise.
The current project is fully compliant with good practices for the management of industrial sites and the EU program guidelines for energy efficiency in small and medium-sized enterprises.
