The project of ER Sofia Ltd. involves replacing the roof structure of the administrative and service building located in Ihtiman, 1 St. Sofroniy Vrachanski St., with new thermal insulation and installing a 10 kW photovoltaic system combined with a 10 kWh energy storage battery. The investment aims to improve energy efficiency, reduce electricity expenses, and enhance the company’s environmental performance. The photovoltaic installation is expected to produce approximately 12,000 kWh of electricity annually, reducing CO₂ emissions by 9 tons and achieving annual energy savings exceeding BGN 5,000. The project supports the goals of the Competitiveness and Innovation in Enterprises Programme 2021–2027, promoting green and sustainable growth for Bulgarian companies.
