Description

The project proposal of Takama Tour Ltd. aims to increase the energy efficiency and sustainability of the company's activities through the implementation of renewable energy sources and innovative energy storage solutions.

The company operates in the hotel industry under NACE code 55.10, managing a hotel in Primorsko, a tourist destination with high seasonal demand and significant electricity consumption. Electricity is used for air conditioning, water heating, lighting, and guest comfort systems, resulting in high energy costs and dependence on electricity. Electricity is used for air conditioning, water heating, lighting, and guest comfort systems, which leads to high energy costs and dependence on external suppliers.

In order to reduce these costs and improve energy efficiency, the project envisages:

Construction of up to 60 kWp photovoltaic system for own consumption, installed on the roof of the hotel building;

Installation of an energy storage system (battery) with a capacity of up to 60 kWh, which will ensure efficient management and use of the electricity produced during peak hours.

The implementation of the project will enable the company to reduce its electricity costs by over 30%, increase the hotel's energy independence, and reduce carbon dioxide emissions. The system will ensure more sustainable, environmentally friendly, and predictable energy consumption, supporting the green transition in the tourism sector.

The project is fully in line with the objectives of procedure BG16RFPR001-2.004 and will contribute to the sustainable development of Takama Tour Ltd. by introducing modern energy technologies and increasing the competitiveness of the company.
