Regesta Ltd. is a Bulgarian manufacturing company founded in 2013 in the village of Trud, Plovdiv region. The company performs contract manufacturing and assembly of plastic parts and assemblies for the electronics industry, maintaining high standards of quality, traceability and deadlines. The company operates two sites in the region – in the village of Trud and in the village of Razevo Konare – and develops its capacity with a team of qualified specialists and a modern production organization oriented towards long-term partnerships and sustainable growth. The project proposal is aimed at the production building in the village of Razevo Konare (160 sq m) and aims to reduce energy costs, increase energy independence and improve working conditions through three complementary measures: • Thermal renovation of the enclosing structures by installing sandwich panels: 190 m² on external walls and floors to outside air and 192 m² on the roof. • Replacement of windows and doors with aluminum joinery with a thermal break – 40 m², to limit infiltration and heat loss. • Construction of an integrated photovoltaic power plant (PVPP) for own consumption with an installed capacity of 15 kW, with the necessary inverters and local storage, tailored to the load profile of the site. The implementation will lead to a significant reduction in specific energy costs and CO₂ emissions, a more even load on the installations during the seasons and a better microclimate (temperature, currents, lighting) in the production areas. The combination of thermal modernization and own electricity production will reduce dependence on market price fluctuations, increase cost predictability and improve the safety and comfort of personnel. The project is a relevant step in the strategy of "Regesta" for energy efficiency, sustainability and competitiveness, creating a basis for higher productivity and quality service to industrial customers.
