The project envisages a complete renovation of an old building, which has been used for years and all year round as a warehouse for medicines for the veterinary industry, the main activity of the company GABROFAM OOD, in order to achieve significant energy efficiency, which is currently completely lacking in the building. The current project has been prepared, which aims to support through additional financing the activity of ensuring better energy efficiency of the building, which will be able to cover the needs of the company "Gabrofam" for effective heating in winter and cooling in summer. By reaching a high class of energy consumption of the building, a comfortable temperature and humidity of the premises will be achieved, as well as energy and cost savings. It is necessary to implement a package of measures such as replacing external insulation of the attic space and walls, which will lead to: 1. saving energy resources; 2. reducing greenhouse gas emissions; 3. improving the quality of the environment; 4. improving operational qualities, 5. low energy intensity in end consumption. The object of this project is a one-story building, with one ground floor of 235 m2 of built-up area, with dimensions of 26 x 9 x 5 m. With improved energy efficiency of the building, the financial indicators of the company will also improve, which directly supports its activities. When implementing the project proposal, the horizontal policies of the European Union will be observed, information, communication and publicity measures will be applied, in accordance with EU regulations. The investment under the procedure will comply with the requirements of the principle of "no significant harm". When implementing the project, the company will comply with the principle of equality and prevention of discrimination, by promoting equality between men and women, as well as between representatives of various minority groups and will strive to eliminate all activities leading to inequality.
