The project proposal of INSIDE CONSULT Ltd. is aimed at improving the energy efficiency of the enterprise, which carries out consulting activities. The main objective of the investment is to reduce energy consumption, increase energy independence, and optimize current electricity costs, while ensuring a sustainable indoor microclimate through the implementation of a set of energy-saving measures. The project envisages the implementation of the following energy efficiency measures: - Supply and installation of two (2) air-to-water heat pumps, 18 kW each, ensuring energy-efficient heating and cooling, replacing outdated and inefficient climate control equipment; - Supply and installation of transparent enclosing structures with aluminum frame and thermal break, covering an area of 79.415 sq.m, using high-performance aluminum profiles and energy-efficient glazing to minimize heat losses; - Thermal insulation of external walls with a multi-component system of mineral wool insulation boards covering 345 sq.m, aimed at improving the thermal characteristics of the building envelope by applying materials with high insulation performance; - Installation of a heat recovery ventilation system (recuperator) with a maximum air flow of 1000 m³/h, enabling the recovery of heat from the exhaust air and reducing energy losses during ventilation. The implementation of the project will lead to a significant reduction of energy losses and greenhouse gas emissions, lower electricity costs, and improve indoor air quality. A substantial improvement in the overall energy efficiency and a reduction in the enterprise’s carbon footprint are expected. The project will ensure a long-term positive impact on the sustainability of operations through efficient use of energy resources and the creation of an environmentally responsible business environment, while also contributing to enhanced competitiveness and energy independence of INSIDE CONSULT Ltd.
