Description

The project envisages the implementation of a modern compressed air production and processing system, designed for the needs of the production base of "BULGARIA PLAST TRADE" EOOD, which specializes in the production of joinery and plastic products for construction. The system will include a high-efficiency screw compressor and an industrial dryer, which will work in synchrony to ensure a constant, reliable and high-quality supply of technically dry compressed air - the main energy carrier for driving pneumatic equipment widely used in production processes. By replacing the outdated equipment with a modern and energy-efficient compressor system, not only the reliability of the production process will be improved, but also its economic efficiency. The new equipment will operate with lower electricity consumption, while providing higher productivity and better control over the parameters of the compressed air. The use of an industrial dryer will reduce the moisture content in the air, which is of key importance for preventing corrosion, clogging and premature wear of the pneumatic components of the machines. The expected benefits of implementing the new system are multifaceted: increased production reliability, extended service life of production machines, reduced energy costs, lower maintenance and spare parts costs, as well as better quality and repeatability of the final product. The project represents a strategic investment in the modernization of the technical infrastructure of the enterprise and will contribute to improving production capacity, increasing competitiveness and establishing the company as a reliable and innovative partner in the construction sector. The measures are in full compliance with national and European policies for energy efficiency and the use of renewable energy sources.
