The current project of ET "DIAMOND-90 R-Rayko Dinchev" is aimed at improving energy efficiency and reducing energy consumption in the production base of the enterprise in the city of Varna.The main activity of the company is processing glass and mirrors-edging,faceting,drilling, manufacturing and installation of glass units,display cases,doors and shower cabins.With many years of experience and established positions in the market,the enterprise strives to modernize production and introduce sustainable energy solutions. The project envisages the implementation of a highly efficient compressor with a capacity of 30kW,which will serve all production machines in the workshop.The new equipment will allow for optimization of the work process and reduction of energy losses during compression and air supply to the machines. The project also includes the replacement of 45pcs.outdated lighting fixtures with modern linear LED lights,providing uniform illumination of the work areas at significantly lower energy consumption and a longer service life. Additionally,it is planned to replace 57.8sq.m. of window frames in the building where glass processing(edging, matting, etc.)and finished product storage are carried out.The new window frames will provide better thermal insulation and reduce energy losses in the production premises. To increase the functionality and energy efficiency of the base,three new sectional industrial exterior doors will be installed in the neighboring building where the remaining glass processing processes are performed,distinguished by high insulation characteristics and reliable operation. The implementation of the project will lead to a significant reduction in energy consumption,limiting carbon emissions and electricity costs,as well as improving the working environment and competitiveness of the enterprise.The implemented measures will have a long-lasting effect and will contribute to the sustainable development of ET"DIAMOND-90 R-Rayko Dinchev".
