„DZHODI“ LTD. is a company specialized in the production of safety elements for construction and infrastructure — barriers. The company carries out its activities at its own manufacturing facility located in the town of Oryahovo.
As a manufacturing enterprise where the energy component represents a substantial factor in the formation of the final product cost, "DJODI" Ltd. faces challenges related to high energy intensity, uncertainty of energy supply, and the volatility of electricity prices.
To address these challenges and in line with the objectives of procedure BG16RFPR001-2.004 “Energy Efficiency and Use of Energy from Renewable Sources in Enterprises,” the project foresees the implementation of an investment under item 12 of the List of Eligible Assets, namely:
• Thermal insulation of a production building (Workshop 1 - Cutting), by laying 1350 sq. m. of energy-efficient system of 100 mm. roof sandwich panels with PUR/PU thermal insulation, on a reinforced concrete roof.
The implementation of the project will result in a reduction of heat losses and lower energy consumption for heating and cooling of the production premises. Consequently, it will ensure a sustainable reduction of operating costs, optimization of production processes, improvement of energy efficiency, and a lasting enhancement of the company’s competitiveness in its target markets.
The total value of the investment amounts to BGN 306 247,50 and the project implementation period is 12 months.
