The project proposal aims to modernize the commercial activities of "KAM-04" Ltd., Plovdiv, by using the capabilities of LLM/ML models and cloud technologies. This goal will be realized with the implementation of an intelligent hybrid mobile application, with a web interface to it, for the work of all sales representatives of the company and part of the administration.
At the moment, the salespeople of "KAM-04" OOD work only with the ERP system, which is installed on outdated computers. This creates prerequisites for a huge delay in processing orders, since the hardware does not meet modern requirements, and the ERP platform is not designed to provide the speed of work that they need. In addition, often the salespeople have to record orders on paper, and then spend time entering them into the ERP, which sometimes means processing one order for more than 30 minutes. Wholesale customers do not have a tool with which to place an order independently, without the participation of a sales representative. All this is solved by the internal B2B system, with a web version and a mobile application to it, which will connect the administration, sales representatives, and wholesale customers.
"KAM-04" OOD plans to develop and train a digital (LLM based) sales representative who will consult and proactively offer product solutions to both traders and customers. It is planned that the assistant will be able to call new and existing customers.
The huge amount of information that will be collected and processed by all modules of the platform allows for optimizing the work in the administration of "KAM-04" OOD with the development of an automated option for generating management reports (PnL), tracking depreciation deductions, and higher control over the company's fleet, in terms of kilometers traveled, routes followed and fuel consumed. All these innovations save the company's employees hours of manual labour.

Въвеждане на технологии от Индустрия 4.0 : При изпълнение на тази дейност в "КАМ-04" ООД ще бъдат въведени следните технологии от Индустрия 4.0:
- Инструмент за обработка на големи масиви от данни (Big Data Analytics) - водеща технология
- Облачни технологии (Cloud Computing)
. Машинно обучение (Machine Learning - ML)
- Изкуствен интелект (Artificial intelligence – AI).
За въвеждане на тези технологии ще бъде разработена В2В платформа и хибридно мобилно преложение, както и ще бъдат закупени 31 таблета за работа с платформата и мобилното приложение.
За успешна работа с новите технологии ще бъде организирано и проведено тридневно обучение на 38 д. от предприятието. Сред обучаваните участници ще бъдат 31 търговски продставители и 7 представители на администрацията.
За изпълнение на дейноста ще бъде създаден екип за управление на проекта, който ще планира, организира и гарантира изпълнението на всички дейности по проекта според правилата на ПКИП. Екипът ще подготви план за действие за изпълнение на всички дейности на проекта, включително осигуряване на комуникация и видимост на проекта, избор на доставчик за 31 таблета и изпълнител за разработване и внедряване на В2В платформа и хибридно мобилно приложение и обучение за използването им за "КАМ-04" ООД, Пловдив.
Екипът за управление на проекта ще подготви и предаде финален отчет за изпълнение на проекта.
