4-TI JULI Ltd. operates under NACE Code 55.10 – Hotels and similar accommodation. This code represents an additional activity of the company, which forms the basis of the present project proposal aimed at improving the energy efficiency and sustainability of the tourist infrastructure used in the course of this activity. The project envisages the construction of a photovoltaic power plant (PVPP) with an installed capacity of 56 kW, intended entirely for self-consumption. All activities will be implemented in full compliance with the applicable technical standards and regulatory requirements, fully meeting the minimum technical parameters defined under the current procedure. The planned investment will result in a tangible reduction in energy consumption from conventional sources, decreased greenhouse gas emissions, and enhanced competitiveness of the company through more efficient resource utilization. The project will have a positive environmental, economic, and social impact. The project activities are fully consistent with the horizontal principles set out in Article 9 of Regulation (EU) No 2021/1060, namely: promoting gender equality, equal opportunities, non-discrimination, and sustainable development. Furthermore, the project fully complies with the “Do No Significant Harm” principle, as it does not envisage any activities that could have adverse effects on the environment, climate, biodiversity, or human health.
