The digitization of the insurance business nowadays is an important step towards the development of the sector. This is due to several main reasons, some of which are increasing the efficiency and optimization of operations, improving customer service through faster and more convenient processes and better analysis and risk management, thereby creating a competitive advantage, more customers are attracted and better insurance solutions are offered.
The current project proposal should lead to the development of an innovation in "Uni State Broker" EOOD, which aims to increase the innovative activity of the enterprise. The innovation being developed will essentially be a website and a mobile application that will take care of each user's insurance portfolio. At the same time, the innovation envisages the possibility of issuing insurance in real time through API communication with insurance companies, creating a claims module that will have a single filing interface regardless of the insurance company, the possibility of real-time tracking of the client's claim for each stage , including choosing a service, saving an appointment for the repair, reminding about the appointment time, etc. It is planned to integrate artificial intelligence into the software, which will answer real questions of customers, as well as give useful advice to accompany the entire process of online insurance conclusion. In the case of investment insurance, it is planned that the user can monitor the profitability of his insurance in real time.
The project proposal falls entirely within the thematic area "Informatics and ICT" of ISIS 2021-2027, which is a priority for the city of Sofia, where the project will be implemented, and more specifically fits into the thematic subarea "internet services; software as a service, innovation-as-a-service and everything-as-a-service (SaaS, IaaS and XaaS) and service architecture

Извършване на изследвания, изпитвания, измервания и валидиране, необходими за разработването на продуктова иновация (иновация в бизнес процесите, насочена към производство на стоки и предоставяне на услуги) - застрахователни уебсайт и мобилно приложение. : Основната дейност по проектното предложение се изразява в разработката на уебсайт и мобилно приложение, които ще се грижат за застрахователното портфолио на всеки един потребител. Системите ще бъдат разработени по начин, по който клиентите ще имат възможността за издаване на застраховки в реално време чрез API комуникация със застрахователните компании, създаване на модул с щети, който да има единен интерфейс за завеждане, независимо от застрахователната компания, възможност за проследяване в реално време на претенцията на клиента за всеки етап, в това число избор на сервиз, запазване на час за ремонта, подсещане за часа на прием и т.н. Ще бъде интегриран изкуствен интелект в софтуера, който да отговаря на реални въпроси на клиентите, както и да дава полезни съвети, които да съпътстват целия процес по онлайн сключването на застраховката.
