The project of "PALMA SB" EOOD envisages the construction of a photovoltaic power plant with a capacity of 40 kWp and a battery plant with a total capacity of 82 kWh (2 x 41 kWh), intended to cover the own energy needs of the "Palma" hotel, located in the town of Nessebar. The main objective of the investment is to increase energy efficiency, reduce operating costs and ensure energy independence of the enterprise through the use of a renewable energy source. The implementation of the project will allow the company to replace part of the conventional electricity with environmentally friendly, locally produced electricity, and to store the energy for subsequent use during peak load or power outages. The investment will lead to a reduction in carbon emissions, optimization of energy costs, increased sustainability and competitiveness of the tourist site and will contribute to the implementation of national and European policies for green transition and energy transformation. The project has a long-term economic and environmental impact, ensuring stability, predictability and sustainability of the hotel's operations, which operate in a highly energy-intensive and seasonally busy sector.
