This project proposal is aimed at increasing the competitiveness of the company "RILA FISH" EOOD by supporting the implementation of energy-efficient equipment and the use of energy from renewable sources. The company "RILA FISH" EOOD manages its own Hotel and Restaurant "RILA FISH" near the town of Belitsa. The company has a long history, accumulated experience and traditions in providing hotel and restaurant services. The hotel of "RILA FISH" has 12 rooms and a total of 30 beds, and the restaurant has 60 seats indoors and outdoors. A distinctive feature in the functioning of the RILA FISH Hotel and Restaurant near the town of Belitsa of RILA FISH EOOD is the high energy intensity of the hotel and restaurant services provided, associated with the need for a significant amount of energy for heating the premises, for thermal and refrigeration processing of food and for additional activities of the complex. At the moment, RILA FISH EOOD cannot respond independently to these trends in increasing energy consumption. This determines the company's needs for the purchase and commissioning of both innovative energy-efficient equipment, as well as the construction of a Photovoltaic Power Plant (PVPP) for own needs with a capacity of 30 kW (including solar panels, inverters, batteries and other components necessary for the operation of the plant). On this basis, it is expected to increase the productivity and efficiency of the family company "RILA FISH" EOOD, reduce production costs, increase competitiveness and reduce the energy intensity of the enterprise.
