SMA Electronics Ltd. was established in Bulgaria in 2004. The company's initial activity was trade in electronic products, and since 2010 it has expanded its activities and started manufacturing various electronic products. Currently, it has a production base in Gabrovo town, where various electronic products are assembled for numerous clients from Bulgaria. The company specializes in serial production of many and diverse products. The activity includes various stages of production - mechanical processing, assembly of electronic elements, electrical and computer tests, assembly, final test and packaging. The company assembles hundreds of thousands of electronic products annually - single-phase and three-phase electricity meters, various models of cash registers, charging stations for electric vehicles, specialized cables in various industries, power electronic converters and other low-current electronic modules. Under the supervision of quality control specialists, the finished product is manufactured according to the individual technological requirements of each client. The company's production facilities allow for a short cycle between receiving raw materials and sending the finished product directly to the end customer. A large part of our end customers are companies from other countries on different continents. The trust of our Customers built over the years allows us to directly send the finished product to their customers - this shows the high level of quality of the products we manufacture and the uncompromising compliance with their requirements. The assembly capacity of SMA Electronics Ltd. is up to 5,000 products per shift, with the possibility of introducing a shift mode of operation. The conventional soldering section has the capacity for up to 96,000 solders per working day. In this regard, we urgently need the construction of a FES for the needs of our business, which would reduce and optimize our significant electricity costs at the moment.
