HOTEL MEDITE EOOD is a company that manages the Medite Spa Resort & Villas hotel complex in Sandanski. The hotel offers high-class services in the field of tourism, balneology, spa procedures, and wellness therapies. The company's activities are distinguished by the sustainable use of natural resources and a constant striving for energy efficiency and environmental responsibility. Climate change in recent years has led to an increased importance of year-round spa and wellness activities, which requires high energy security and a sustainable supply of electricity for the needs of heating, air conditioning, and water distribution systems. On this basis, in response to consumption, HOTEL MEDITE EOOD plans the following investments with this project proposal: - A 29.82 kW PV system, including photovoltaic panels, solar inverters, an aluminum-zinc supporting structure, distribution boards, and grounding systems; - A battery system with power of 90 kW, based on liquid cooling technology. The installations will be located on the roof of the main hotel building, and all the energy produced will be used for the Medite Spa Resort & Villas hotel's own needs. The hotel building is leased by the company, and the property owner has already installed photovoltaic panels, which do not cover the current energy needs. The new investment will complement the existing system without overlap and will allow the hotel complex to be powered as much as possible from renewable sources. The project investment amounts to 147 050.14 for a period of 12 months.
