"Minoa Plus" Ltd. is a small enterprise. Our company specializes in providing restaurant production - welcoming organized and unorganized tourists during the summer season. It owns and manages the restaurant "Omara" in the town of Pomorie,which is also the main asset in the company. The subject of this project proposal "Minoa Plus" EOOD is the purchase and implementation of new high-tech kitchen equipment, through which it can achieve a reduction in electricity costs and increase the efficiency of its main activity.As a result, it will be able to offer a better quality product, have more satisfied customers, and achieve a higher ranking in the highly competitive market. Heating during the winter and cooling during the summer months is entirely electric.A large consumer is the electrical appliances in the restaurant's kitchen and maintaining a comfortable microclimate in the main hall. Electricity costs are constantly increasing.The increasingly pronounced trend of transition to green energy requires investments in technologies that reduce carbon emissions. With this project proposal for the implementation of investments, "Minoa Plus" Ltd.aims, through investment in completely new technologies in the "Omara" restaurant, to achieve significant savings in primary non-renewable energy, as a result of which the energy performance of the restaurant building will reach energy consumption class "B".The effect we are looking for is a significant reduction in energy consumption, reduction of greenhouse gas emissions and saving of primary energy.Based on this analysis, we came to the conclusion that in order to achieve the desired goal, namely a significant reduction in energy consumption, we should invest in the energy-saving measure, the subject of this project proposal, namely 1 pc.VRV system and 1 pc. air conditioning chamber.
