The overall goal of the project is to increase the competitiveness of CHAMOT EL PE 2007 OOD on the world market, by increasing the innovative capacity of the enterprise, by developing and testing an innovative process, developing technology for the production of yellow ceramic mass, from which to produce various by product configuration - ceramic pavers (including the classic yellow pave). The process has significant advantages over what is currently available on the market, both ours and our competitors' products.
The target groups to which the project is aimed are users of our products.
The main activities that will be carried out during the implementation of the project are:
- Research and business analysis of the necessary functionalities and parameters of the innovation
- Creation of system prototype and testing.
The implementation of the project will enable us to significantly optimize our activities and, as a result, improve our competitiveness, financial and economic stability and innovative potential.
The project falls into experimental development.
The goals of the project fully correspond to the main objective of the current procedure for developing innovations in enterprises within the framework of the Program "Competitiveness and Innovations in Enterprises" 2021-2027, namely to provide focused support to Bulgarian enterprises to increase their innovation activity by developing innovations in the thematic areas of ISIS 2021-2027. The project falls into the area of Innovation Strategy for Smart Specialization 2021-2027 (ISIS 2021-2027), thematic area "Clean technologies, circular and low-carbon economy" sub-area Technologies for efficient use of resources , to reduce the content of hazardous substances, to use alternative raw materials and materials, to extend the life of products and their use in other productions and services.

Дейности по изследвания и анализи , свързани с разработването на продуктовата иновация и по създаване и тестване на прототип: Етап 1.Изследване и бизнес анализ на необходимите функционалности и параметри на иновацията
--Разработка на концепция:Концептуално описание на новия процес
-Избор на походящи български глини ( с подходящ химичен състав ) и материали.
-Извършване на лабораторни проби и изследвания.
-Изработка на технология и инструментална екипировка за формоване на образците.
-Избор на машини и съоръжения , включващи топкова мелница , басейн за шликер , помпа и филтърпреса , вакуумглиномес.
-Установяване на примерни температурни режими за изпичане на лабораторните проби.
Етап2. Създаване на прототип на системата и тествания.
-Извършване на полупромишлени проби и анализ на свойствата.
-Извършване на промишлена проба-от 5 до 10 тона изделия.
-Изпитване на прототип и проследяване на резултатите, за евентуални грешки при използване в реална индустриална среда и внасяне на корекции.
