Description

The enterprise is located in a building constructed in the 1970s.In 2023,a partial renovation of the roof and walls of the main building was carried out using a system of sandwich panels.In this current project,we plan to replace the remaining existing old sandwich panel walls 4 cm and roof 6 cm and to expand the area of the premises according to the Building Permit,where the tenant carries out their main activity.In some of the rooms,which will be equipped with a sandwich panel system,the Applicant will install their own equipment for their craft activity,financed under project BG16RFPR001-1.004-1121-C01 'Improving Production Capacity'.The existing system of sandwich panels is old and does not have good thermal insulation properties in the work areas.A large part of the building houses industrial machines, with which the tenant manufactures wood products.In winter and summer,the working temperatures in the premises are close to the outdoor temperatures.This has a detrimental effect on the microclimate,affecting both the personnel and the machines,engines,and all equipment in the facility.Improving the building's energy efficiency with thermal insulation systems made of sandwich panels for roofs and walls would enhance the microclimate for the staff, the operation of the machinery,which would also result in reduced electricity consumption for machine operation and increase their lifespan.Any operation of the machines at low or high temperatures—overheating—leads to an increase in electricity consumption. Implementing the energy efficiency measures and installing thermal insulation systems made of sandwich panels would result in improved energy efficiency of the building and of the entire production process carried out within it,reduction in the amount of electricity used,and better working conditions for the personnel.Implementing these measures would lead to improved energy efficiency of the enterprise,reduced electricity consumption, and increased competitiveness.
