This project proposal is aimed at using energy from renewable sources (photovoltaic system for the production of electricity for own needs) in the production process of "Europa-R" EOOD, an enterprise in the restaurant industry. Restaurants use a lot of energy for their operations, often times more than many other commercial establishments. This significant energy consumption not only highlights the need and importance of efficient energy management practices, but also highlights the potential for significant cost savings through the use of renewable energy. The implementation of the project will help "Europe-R" Ltd. to maintain its competitiveness in a saturated and highly competitive market, for enterprises of which energy costs are a significant share. Financial benefits for the company's business operations from the implementation of the project: - Reduced energy costs: Solar panels will generate electricity on site, which will dramatically reduce energy consumption from the grid and realize significant savings on overall energy costs; - Protection against rising electricity costs: Solar energy offers predictability and stability against volatile and rising utility prices in the market; - Energy independence: Producing a volume of your own energy will mean reduced dependence on the grid, which can minimize the risk of power outages.
